Performance 6hp28 M57 Torque Converter 2009 – 2011 (335d) 2009 – 2013 (X5d)

This converter has been redesigned for performance applications with increased performance and gas mileage through a more efficient flow of power from the engine to the transmission.

This converter has a tighter stall than stock and features an upgraded captive clutch and HD sprag resulting in an 80% increase in holding capacity. The stator is replaced with one for performance to transfer more power from the engine to the transmission sooner in the throttle range.

There is a $450 refundable core charge that must be purchased if you do not plan on sending your core prior to shipping.  There are currently 6 converters in circulation and cores must be returned within 45 days.
